Reconditioning Services That Mickey Offers

Sometimes, bad things happen to good trucks and trailers and good truck and trailer owners. Very few things last forever, and that includes parts. Rough and frequent usage, severe weather conditions, accidents on the road… they all take a toll on your vehicle. So, it’s a good thing that there is someone you can turn to when you need reconditioning done.

The workmanship that Mickey is responsible for carries the same high-quality guarantee as the parts we sell. We stand behind everything we sell and do. The following are some reconditioning services offered by Mickey.

Trailer Parts and Repair

In terms of service and availability, one of the leading supplier of parts is Mickey. Even if a specific part must be fabricated, we can still ship it out in 1 to 3 working days. Parts are available from our regional service and reconditioning centers, as well as our High Point, North Carolina main manufacturing facility. If you don’t receive the part you ordered, or if you receive a damaged part, notify us immediately and we will expedite the replacement part to you at no charge.

Safety Inspections

When you need your vehicle inspected from bottom to top, call Mickey. We will inspect the electrical, suspension, brake system, frame, and more. Additionally, before any used equipment leaves our centers, we conduct a detailed safety check.

On-Site Estimates

Upon request, we can perform in the field estimates at any of our four service and reconditioning centers.

Lift Gate Install and Repair

Mickey is an authorized installer and dealer of lift gates manufactured by Thiemann, Waltco, Maxon, and Anthony. Any manufacturers’ material that has been provided to Mickey automatically goes with the unit. Contact us to learn more.

Fleet Painting

Mickey has a computer-driven painting system, state-of-the-art processing techniques, and an environmentally controlled, automated paint facility. The building is completely weather immune, so no dirt, dust, or inclement conditions can affect the application of paint. In the trailer and body manufacturing industry, we are at the top of our game for durable, good-looking paint jobs.

Decal Install

How your trailer works can be just as important as how it looks. That’s why we train our decal installers to produce rolling billboards that are both impressive and expertly executed. Whether it’s dining room furniture, propane tanks, a box of cookies, vending machines, an automotive battery, or icy cold bottles of a particular beverage, we are your go-to decal applicators.

Chassis Modifications

The chassis drop qualification training program that we put our chassis drop team through focuses on engineering aspects, production, and safety. Mickey prides itself on top of the industry workmanship and service.

Bodywork

On all vehicle makes and models, Mickey handles everything involving any kind of bodywork. From major refurbishing all the way down to minor repairs, we’ve got you covered. We also offer free, on-site fleet appraisals and estimates.
