Robotically welded, stainless steel rear corner posts and header are 4” wide at rear
Stainless steel exterior gussets at top preventing frame from racking
All exterior lights are LED and satisfy FMVSS-108 requirements
Aluminum with 1” high “anti snag” roof bows
0.40 Aluminum Skin
1-1/4” deep galvanized steel Z-posts on 16” centers with cast aluminum corner caps
All stainless steel components on rear frame for rust-free, paint-free maintenance
3/4” thick premium, pre painted wood door with 2” nylon rollers, locking cam lock, rubber side and top seals
Stainless steel rear sill with integral drain trough and drain holes
1-1/8” thick laminated hardwood floor boards ship-lapped with 2 staggered screws per floor board per crossmembers
Flush mount LED lights to prevent damage to light
4” I-beam steel longitudinal welded to crossmembers, under coated same as crossmembers
Robotically welded, 3” I-beam steel crossmembers on 12” centers
Cast aluminum corner caps
Steel front sill to reinforce front wall to subframe

REAR FRAME

  • All stainless steel components on rear frame for rust-free, paint-free maintenance
  • Stainless steel rear sill with integral drain trough and drain holes
  • Robotically welded, stainless steel rear corner posts and header are 4” wide at rear
  • Stainless steel exterior gussets at top preventing frame from racking
  • Flush mount LED lights to prevent damage to light

REAR DOOR

  • 3/4” thick premium, pre painted wood door with 2” nylon rollers, locking cam lock, rubber side and top seals

SUBFRAME

  • Robotically welded, 3” I-beam steel crossmembers on 12” centers
  • Steel front sill to reinforce front wall to subframe
  • 4” I-beam steel longitudinal welded to crossmembers, under coated same as crossmembers

LIGHTS

  • All exterior lights are LED and satisfy FMVSS-108 requirements

FLOOR

  • 1-1/8” thick laminated hardwood floor boards ship-lapped with 2 staggered screws per floor board per crossmembers
