44” Aluminum roll rear door for reduced weight during operation
Flush mount LED lights to prevent damage to light
4” I-beam steel longitudinal welded to crossmembers, under coated same as crossmembers
3” I-beam steel crossmembers on 12” centers
Aluminum with 1” high “anti snag” roof bows
Cast aluminum corner caps
1-1/4” deep galvanized steel Z-posts on 16” centers with cast aluminum corner caps
Steel front sill to reinforce front wall to subframe

SUBFRAME
- 3” I-beam steel crossmembers on 12” centers
- Steel front sill to reinforce front wall to subframe
- 4” I-beam steel longitudinal welded to crossmembers, undercoated same as crossmembers
LIGHTS
- All exterior lights are LED and satisfy FMVSS-108 requirements
FLOOR
- 7/8” black synthetic with 2 staggered screws per floor board per crossmember
ROOF
- Aluminum with 1” high “anti snag” roof bows
WALL CONSTRUCTION
- 1-1/4” deep galvanized steel Z-posts on 16” centers with cast aluminum corner caps
