Carl Mickey, Jr. has been involved in his family-owned business all of his life. As a young boy in the 1970s he would ride his bike to the plant every day after school to work with the clean-up crew. It was at that early age that Carl learned the importance of safety, quality and teamwork — the three tenets of The Mickey Way.
Today, Carl has worked in every aspect of manufacturing, at various times heading up safety, quality and engineering. He was named to his current position of Chairman in 1993 and oversees New Site & Facilities Development.
