In-Sink 2.0: What a Year! What a Company!
By Matt Sink, CEO

While it?s been a year filled with challenge and uncertainty throughout the world, I am as positive as ever about the state of Mickey Truck Bodies, and more optimistic than ever about the future of our company. The reason I am so confident in the Mickey enterprise is the Desire, Dedication and Determination of our employees, and the outstanding team we have in place.
And that team just got even stronger. Joe Rudolph, our new VP of Sales, came to us from Roush CleanTech, a long time Mickey partner in the field of alternative fuels. Ed Sears, our Controller since joining Mickey earlier this year, in now our VP of Finance. Joe and Ed round out an executive team that is already deep in experience and proven leadership.
We also have a new Human Resources Manager ? Heather Hankins ? who brings to the job a solid background in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. She is truly an employee advocate.
You can read more about Joe, Ed, and Heather in this issue of The Mickey Spirit.
We?re closing out a difficult year on a high note. Our business is strong, our employees are working, and our future is bright. I am so proud of what the Mickey team has accomplished in such a difficult year. We not only kept our plants open, operational and running on schedule, we made sure that our customers had the equipment they needed to deliver essential products and services to people and places in need. We have a lot to be proud of, a lot to be thankful for, and a lot to look forward to.
