Ed Sears Moves Up to VP Finance

Ed Sears has been promoted to Vice President of Finance at Mickey Truck Bodies. He was most recently Controller, the position he?s held since joining Mickey in January of this year and retains the same reporting structure for all accounting and financial planning functions. He reports to Tom Arland, President.

?Ed has made significant improvements to our accounting and finance operations in his short time at Mickey,? says Tom. ?He understands the company?s business requirements and has successfully aligned our accounting functions with our long-term corporate growth plans.? In his advanced role, Ed will continue to identify and strategically integrate finance and accounting opportunities within the company?s overall operations.

Prior to Mickey Ed was with LeMond Companies LLC, serving as Chief Financial and Operations Officer. He also worked with Sara Lee Corporation (now Hanesbrands Inc.), Keebler Company, and Arthur Andersen & Co.
