Mickey Truck Bodies has been recognized as a ?Spirit of North Carolina? award winner for its outstanding 2020 United Way campaign. This is the third straight year the Mickey team has been honored with the United Way?s Spirit of North Carolina Award for Campaign Excellence and long-Term impact. From 2012 to 2020, Mickey Truck Bodies contributed $1,000,000 to United Way. During each of those years there was a 100% participation rate among the Mickey team in High Point. Mickey Truck Bodies is the only manufacturing company in the 90-year history of the United Way of Greater High Point that has accomplished a 100% employee participation rate for 8 straight years, according to Joe Barnes, Campaign Division Director, United Way.
