‘Safety first’ part of the Mickey culture

The Mickey team celebrated 200 straight days without a lost-time accident with a lunchtime pizza party.

?Reaching this milestone goes to show how all of our teams pride themselves on putting safety first,? says Josh Soto, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager. It?s obvious that our teammates are more educated, knowledgeable and aware of the importance of safety in the workplace. Our teams have clearly benefitted from our daily safety inspections and our people-based safety (PBS) program, and have embraced a companywide safety-first culture.?
