S.E. Team gets new manager and audit schedule

Jesse Daghita has been promoted to Manager of Mickey?s Southeast Reconditioning & Service Team in Ocala, FL, reporting to Robert Badely, General Manager. He was most recently Team Lead.

In one of his first moves as Manager, Jesse stepped up the Center?s monthly safety self-inspection program to a weekly schedule, and will now include a different team member each week. ?These changes have resulted in an improvement in the most recent 2016 audit, where the Southeast Team was able to reduce the total number of audit item findings by 65%, and correct all issues before the end of the audit,? says Josh Soto, Mickey?s Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety Manager. ?It?s this continued focus and dedication to safety that is helping us keep a great thing going and proving that our safety program is on its way to world class.?
