Mickey employees maintain high standards for workmanship, safety and customer service that come with years of experience and professional training. Over 40% of all current Mickey employees have been with the company for at least five years, and 30% have been with the company for at least 10 years. Every Mickey welder participates in ongoing Certification programs to ensure they are current in the latest techniques and safety regulations. Mickey employees play an important role in the short- and long-term goal setting process through regular employee/management meetings, the 3M quality incentive program, and worker safety and attendance objectives.
