Brandon joined Mickey in 2010 on the EV Team, where he transitioned the engineering design process to 3D. He also served as a Design Engineer for MEV, and was most recently Engineering Manager for MEV, where he played a key role in the development and launch of the company?s Oil & Gas products.
Prior to Mickey, Brandon owned a Visual Engineering company specializing in 3D modeling and rapid prototyping for the furniture industry. He also worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Caterpillar. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology from Western Carolina University in 2008.
?Brandon has been an outstanding leader on the Engineering team since he joined the company in 2010,? says Mickey. ?He was instrumental in developing our new Oil & Gas product line.?
?Mickey has created its own very positive momentum over the past few years, as the great people I work with and our customers will attest to,? says Brandon.
Brandon?s Engineering team was recently expanded with the addition of Carl Bracken, Design Engineer, who is producing drawing and assembly packages for the beverage body and trailer line. Prior to Mickey he was with RP Fletcher Machine Co. in Lexington, NC, starting as a Machine Designer/Mechanical Engineer and most recently as Lead Machine Designer/Engineer, responsible for designing and updating machine/working stations. Bracken graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering concentrating in motorsports. At UNC Charlotte, he was on the Baja Team and assisted with designing, fabricating and racing an SAE Mini Baja Car.
