We?re going to get even better. We?re expanding the Parts Team with great new talent; we?re partnering with key suppliers, such as Maxon Liftgates, to offer turnkey solutions; and we are building a new e-commerce web site that will make finding, ordering and receiving parts easier and faster than anything else out there. The site will combine timely and actionable information not only about our wide line of parts, but also about our complete inventory of quality used equipment and all of our reconditioning and repair services. After 40 years in the ambulance business, Mark Van Arnam has retired as the head of AEV, the U.S. market leader in ambulance manufacturing and one of Mickey?s longest, largest and most loyal customers. He is succeeded by Randy Hanson, like Mark a long-time friend and supporter of Mickey. Now, I don?t know if this scenario qualifies as a ?good to great? story because both Mark and Randy have proven to be great leaders of a great company. Let?s just say that while we will miss working with Mark, Randy?s appointment is ?great? news for Mickey.

Finally I want to thank and congratulate all the veteran Mickey employees for their loyalty and devotion, especially those who have been with us for 15 years and more. You tell us that you stay here because it is a safe place to work; because it gives you and your family a secure future; because you can grow and advance; and because you are treated like family.
