Almost half of all current Mickey employees have been with the company for at least five years; 32% have been with the company for at least 10 years; and 12% have been with the company for 20 or more years.
Every Mickey welder participates in ongoing Certification programs to ensure they are current in the latest techniques and safety regulations.
