FLOOR
1 1/8" thick laminated oak floor boards ship-lapped at the joints with a crusher bead, pre-undercoated. All floor seams and edges are sealed with weather proof sealant. Floor coated with a high durable high sheen ployurethane finish.
SIDE WALLS
1 1/4" deep galvanized steel double logistic posts on 24" centers. Exterior side sheets are .050" aluminum pre-painted white.
REAR FRAME
Rear sill is 10 gauge galvanneal steel with integral drain trough with drain holes. Rear corner posts are 2" x 6" steel tubing. 12 gauge galvanneal steel header has integral rain trough.
REAR DOORS
Two panel full height rear doors are built with drip rail above the panels with 5 heavy duty hot dipped galvanized steel hinges.
LINING
Front walls are lined with 1/2" thich pre-finished plywood. The side walls are lined with 1/4" thich pre-finished plywood. Ceiling is lined with 1/4" thich pre-finished plywood between roof bows and skin.
